*Only AED and SAED have motion value modified by Savage Axe buff.
Mechanic Changes
Sword: Charge Phials does not refill phials immediately upon use, instead about 0.5 seconds into the action.
SAED now consumes your phials slightly earlier in the animation.
When the player is knocked down during AED and SAED, they will remain in axe mode.
